I can't believe how fast this last year flew by! Ty wasn't so sure on what to think or do when his Birthday cake was set in front of him. Caleb helped him with his first taste but as you can see, he enjoyed every bit of it! It was so fun watching him dig right in...it reminds me of little "Ralph-y" on the Christmas story, when he is eating his potatoes!!
Nonetheless, it is my favorite part about our kid's first birthday, watching them get all messy and truly enjoying their first Birthday cake and Ty did his part perfectly!!! Ty has been the picture perfect baby, we look forward to his next adventures this year as being our little toddler!
Caleb and I took Alyssa and Cj to Lagoon for one last day of fun before school starts this Thursday. CJ was tall enough to go on everything this year...including "rocket" and "samurai". We felt pretty good about ourselves for keeping up with them after 10 hours...we all had a blast!
Caleb won Emma this cute, pink, sparkly..."girl Nemo" as Emma calls it on nonetheless than a fishing game. Alyssa, CJ and I enjoyed watching Dad sweet talk his way into as many tries as he could until he won the fish for Emma. As you can see it was all worth it!!!
It was truly an amazing event to be apart of, CJ's, along with 13 other children from our stake, baptism this month. Cj was so excited to have his dad baptize him and his Grandpa Reeve confirm him a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints. We are so proud to have CJ as apart of our family! Thank You to everyone who came and supported him.
